On February 17, 2014, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming and Mozambican Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Eduardo Koloma held in Beijing the fourth political consultation between the two Foreign Ministries. Both sides made an in-depth exchange of views on bilateral relations, the situation in Africa, China-Africa relations, international and regional issues of common interest.
