On February 19, 2014, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming, met by request with Foreign Minister Mankeur Ndiaye of Senegal. Both sides exchanged views on the preparation for Senegalese President Macky Sall's state visit to China, as well as China-Senegal and China-Africa relations and other topics of common interest.
